CapyNation is an NFT collection inspired by my love for capybara's. The idea came to life after I lost my capybara plush, Capy, on a flight. He had the same grumpy look that you’ll see in the NFTs today. It took me about a week just to perfect the base body and get it exactly how I wanted.
From there, I started creating different accessories and outfits — each one giving the capybara their own personality while still keeping that signature style. Every detail was carefully thought out so the collection would feel consistent, but still unique with every piece.
CapyNation isn’t just another NFT project, it’s a blend of my personal story and love for capy, creativity, and attention to detail — every capybara carries a little piece of Capycious, the plush that started it all.
I originally found my obsession with capybara's in Kuala Lumpur, I was walking around a mall and till I stumbled upon a claw machine, the prize to win was a capybara, so I made the decision to have a few turns and surprisingly the first turn was a win. After a while I decided to call him Capy, that's what would begin my love for capybara's. Sadly on a late night flight back home I lost Capy, it is sad but if I didn't lose him you wouldn't have had these sick NFT's.
